The purpose of this kit is to rake out wheel marks created in carpet when operating machine.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Installation Time: 1 Hour
TOOLS REQUIRED:
Phillips Screwdriver, 13mm and
9/16” Wrench.
1. Drain the solution tank and recovery tank.
2. Remove batteries from machine.
FOR SAFETY: Wear protective gloves and eye
protection when handling batteries. Avoid con-
tact with battery acid.
3. Carefully lay machine on left side.
4. Remove the two inside screws from both caster
brackets (Figure 1). Save screws and washers.

5. Using the same screws and washers, mount the
carpet rake assembly to caster brackets as
shown (Figure 2).

6. Using two M8x1.25x20 hex screws, internal lock
washers and flat washers, supplied with kit,
mount the lift handle bracket to machine as
shown (Figure 3).

7. Install spring between pivot bracket and mount
bracket as shown (Figure 4).

8. Remove the three screws that mount the vac
hose manifold bracket to machine. Using three
M6x1.00x40 phl head truss screws, flat washers
and sleeves, supplied with kit, mount the cable
guide bracket as shown (Figure 5).

9. Carefully stand machine upright and reinstall bat-
teries.
