WIRELESS USER GUIDE (SILVER MODEL)
Note: The
TALK
button is represented by a transparent button depicting a small
green handset. The
HANG-UP
button is represented by a transparent button
depicting a small red handset. The
SCROLL
button is the silver button in
between these two buttons with 4 small arrows.
Important: If wireless battery is permitted to completely run out, the unit will not
operate again after recharge unless first powered up. To power up, press and
hold the HANG-UP button for at least 5 seconds.
PLACING A CALL
1)
Press the green
TALK
button.
2)
The system will provide you with a free line.
3)
Dial the phone number you desire.
ANSWERING A CALL
1)
While the phone is ringing, press the green
TALK
button.
2)
Speak to the caller.
SPEAKERPHONE
1)
At any time, press the
TALK
button once for a normal call, twice for a
speakerphone call, or three times for a monitor call (muted speaker).
PLACING A CALL ON HOLD
1)
While on a call, the display will offer several options including
HOLD, KEY
and
XFER
.
2)
Press the silver button under the word
HOLD
.
3)
The call will be placed on hold. You can take the call off hold on any
phone.
4)
Press the red
HANG-UP
button to hang up the wireless phone.
RETRIEVING A CALL THAT IS ON HOLD
1)
The lower portion of the display offers several options including
MENU
,
KEY and
F-CO
.
2)
Press the
F-CO
button. (“
F-CO
” means “Line”)
3)
The display will list the phone lines. The call on hold will be indicated with
a small flashing circle.
4)
Use the scroll button in the center of the phone to highlight the line on
hold.
5)
Press the silver button under the word
SEL
(Select) on the display.
6)
The system will provide you with this line.
SELECTING A SPECIFIC LINE
1)
The lower portion of the display offers several options including
MENU,
KEY
and
F-CO
.
2)
Press the
F-CO
button.
3)
The display will list the available phone lines and/or gates.
4)
Use the scroll button in the center of the phone to highlight the desired
line.
5)
Press the silver button under the word
SEL
(Select) on the display.
6)
The system will provide you with this line.
