UTV BED COVER INSTRUCTIONS
PARTS INCLUDED:

- J-Top cover

- (4) 33.5” PVC pipe
C
- (1) 33.5” PVC pipe with Velcro attached (for securing the covers door)

- (10) 45° PVC pipe
E
- (17) snap screw studs (use with ¼” drive bit ph2 on cab and sides)
F
- (2) turn button screw studs (use with 5/32” drill bit on tailgate)
TOOLS NEEDED
FOR ASSEMBLY:
• Drill
• ¼” drive 25mm bit ph2
• 5/32” drill bit
• Pencil or marker
STEP 1 (FRAME ASSEMBLY)
1. Attach the 45º PVC assemblies (D) to the straight PVC pipes (B and C) as
illustrated above
(Fig. 1.1)
2. Place your completed frames in the holes in your UTV bed
IMPORTANT:
Install the completed frame assembly using the PVC pipe
with Velcro (C) in the
THIRD (3RD)
hole set from the tailgate.

STEP 2 (CAB SIDE)
**You will need a drill with a ¼” drive ph2 bit and 5 of (E).
1. Raise the UTV bed, climb safely onto chasse
(Fig. 2.1)
2. Mark the center of top rim facing the cab
(Fig. 2.2)
3. Screw E into mark
(Fig. 2.3)
4. Put J-Top cover over the frame and snap center button
(Fig. 2.4
5. Pull tight to next button, then mark and screw in E
(Fig. 2.5)
6. Repeat these steps until the cab side is done
