Procedure for Setting Poweflex 525 VFD to Manual mode

Process Flow:

Make sure that you are on the home screen and there are no errors.

How to set the start source to keypad:

01.

Press select (center key)

02.

Locate the PO parameters and select enter (cycle parameter types using the up and
down arrow)

03.

Locate parameter PO46 (Start Source)

Use the up and down arrows to cycle to the number 1 (Keypad)

Selection 5(ethernet) is the default it should be placed back on this
setting using the same steps to properly communicate with the PLC.

Change the

of the VFD

Save the

Parameters

to Keypad

Change the

Frequency Command

of the VFD

Save the

Parameters to

Potentiometer

Exit to

Home

Screen
