Feature Access Codes
These codes provide a quick way of using your BroadVoice phone line services:
Incoming Call Access Codes
*72 – Call Forwarding Always Activation:
automatically redirects all incoming calls to another
destination number. Dial *72, and at the prompt, enter the destination phone number
followed by the pound (#) key. A recording indicates successful forwarding.
*73 – Call Forwarding Always Deactivation:
cancels Call Forwarding Always feature. A
recording indicates successful deactivation when this code is dialed. All calls will now be
answered by your handset.
