To access user groups, login to the home page for your M-200, M-500, M-800, or M-1000 
appliance and enter the management page shown in Figure 2.2. Under the User Management 
category, click the 

User Group

 link. A list of user groups will display as shown below. 

 

 

 

 

You can click the New User Group button to add a new user group. Under the “Action” column, 
click the 

Edit

 link to edit a user group or 

Delete

 link to delete a user group from the system.  To 

delete a user group, you must first remove all the users from that group.  Figure 4.3 below 
shows the page to create a user. You can define the meeting functions for each user group.
