6.2.2 Recovering System Settings
This procedure describes how to restore the factory default settings of the terminal, when
it is faulty.
Note:
If a system is recovered, the terminal may lose some information, such as call records and
logs.
Prerequisite
The terminal is not engaged in a conference.
Steps
1.
Press
Back
key on the remote control to display the home page.
2.
From the home page, select
> System > System Recovery
. The
System
Recovery
window is displayed, see
.

Click
Start Recovery
, and then press
OK
on the remote control.
4.
In the popup dialog box, click
OK
, and then press
OK
on the remote control.
The terminal starts to load the factory settings of the software version. After the factory
settings are loaded, it will be automatically restarted.
