SIP registration
Whether to enable SIP registration. If you want to use SIP user

The user name
A user name registered in the
server. It consists of letters,
symbols, and digits.
This user name is used to address a call.
Register server address
Domain name of the SIP server on which the terminal is registered.
The domain is allocated by the administrator.
The register server is a database that covers all user agents in
the same domain. The register server can query and send IP
address and other information in accordance with the request from
the SIP proxy server. The SIP register server performs address
registration for clients.
