6.2 System Maintenance

6.2.1 Configuring a Software Upgrade Method

A terminal supports the following software upgrade methods:

Local upgrade: The upgrade file package is stored on a local storage device (for

example, a USB storage device). The terminal detects the software version and

upgrades it.

Network upgrade. The upgrade file package is stored on a server. The terminal de-

tects the software version and upgrades through a specified path.

Notice!

During an upgrade, the system displays the upgrade progress. In this case, do not

disconnect the power. Otherwise, the device may be damaged.

Prerequisite

The terminal is not engaged in a conference.
