through Telnet.

Configuration Procedure

Configure the switch
By default, the Telnet server function is enabled. You can use the following
command to make sure that the function is enabled.
zte(cfg)#show Telnet
Telnet server is enable

Configure the PC
Note:
Windows 2000 provides the Telnet client and server programs.
Telnet.exe
is the client program and
tlntsvr.exe
is the server program. In addition,
Windows 2000 provides the Telnet server management program
tlntadmn.exe
.
By default, the Telnet service is installed in Windows 2000.
