Using Your Fingerprint 

Register a Fingerprint

Swipe up on the home screen and touch 

Settings > Security > 

Fingerprint >

 

Fingerprint management

If you have not set a screen lock, choose one backup screen lock 
method to set the screen lock pattern, PIN, or password. If you 
have already set a screen lock, draw the pattern or enter the 
PIN/password.

Follow the prompts to record the center and the edges of a 
finger.

when your fingerprint has been registered. 

 

NOTE: 

Registered fingerprints are listed in the Fingerprint management 
menu. You can register up to 5 fingerprints. Touch an existing 
fingerprint record to change its name or delete it. 

Manage the Fingerprint Function 

You can use registered fingerprints to unlock the phone or disable 
this function.
