Troubleshooting Tips
The following are some problems you may experience and some
possible solutions to remedy the situation.
Problem
My X6’s
LINK
light is solidly lit, but I cannot connect to the
Internet from any of my computers.
Solution
Before you try to solve the problem, you should first determine
whether you can access the Internet from the computer or
computers that are directly plugged into the X6 with Ethernet
cables.

If you cannot access the Internet from these computers, see
My X6 is Not Properly Configured
on page 23.
•
If you can access the Internet from these computers, but
cannot surf the Web from computers connected via a network
device (for example, a router) that is plugged into the X6, see

If you can access the Internet from the computer(s) plugged
into the X6, but you cannot surf the Web from your wirelessly
