Installing Your Modem on a Windows Computer

Download the drivers for your modem from
http://www.zoomtel.com/4650support
.

Double click
setup.exe
to install the drivers.
If the Windows User Control dialog box appears, click
Yes
, and then
follow the prompts to install the drivers onto your computer.

Plug your modem into an available USB port on your computer.
Windows will then install the drivers.

To connect to the Internet, Click on the Network Icon on the
Taskbar. You should see the name of your service provider. It may
take 1 or 2 minutes for your service provider’s name to appear. If
your service provider’s name does not appear, that means your
modem is not registered on that service provider’s network. Please

Troubleshooting your Internet Connection
below.

Click on your service provider’s name, then click
Connect
to connect
to the Internet. Once connected, you may open your browser and
