1.取下橡胶塞①。
2.旋松送料偏心轮②上的两个固定螺钉③，然
后轻微的旋转送料偏心轮②进行调节：要使机
针早于送料时，向A方向旋转；要使机针晚于
送料时，向B方向旋转(标准调节位置：送料牙
从最高位置开始下降到和针板的表面一致时，
机针孔上沿与针板面对齐)。
3.调节完成后拧紧2个固定螺钉③，并装上橡
胶塞①。
