4.1 Power-on failure
4.1.1 The WTMD cannot be turned on, while the power indicator shows nothing

Replace the power adapter;

If the problem persists, change the power-on button;

Replace the control unit if it still doesn’t work;

Contact the relevant technical personnel if the above doesn’t solve the problem.
4.1.2 After starting the self-check, the door panel doesn’t function
properly
