4.3 Malfunctions in inspection functioning
4.3.1 Passengers with no metallic or suspicious items trigger the alarm
Possible cause(s): the sensitivity may be too high; or there may be strong interference
Troubleshooting:

Eliminate large metallic objects in the surroundings or anything that may cause strong interference, or,
change the installation location;

Reduce the sensitivity;

)
Remove devices with the same frequency nearby;
4
)
Make sure that the location of the WTMD is stable without severe vibration;

)
Contact the relevant technical personnel if the above doesn’t solve the problem.
