Internet Explorer Setting
Ensure that Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or later and DirectX 9.0 or later are installed.

If the Internet Explorer blocks the download of controls, perform the following operations:

. Open the Internet Explorer and click
Tools

Internet Options

Security
.

. Click
Custom Level
. In the
Security Settings
window, select
Enable
for
Download unsigned
ActiveX controls
, as shown in the following figure.

and
Apply

If plugins or antivirus controls block the download of controls, disable the firewall and antivirus
software.

Note:
If the commissioning is successful and all functions are normal when you log in to the NVR
for the first time, you can restore the Internet security level to the default setting or set a custom
security level to ensure the security of the Internet Explorer.
