ASSEMBLY MANUAL
CAUTION! Follow the steps below during the assembly and use tools supplied with the product.
Prepare sufficient space for the assembly operation.
It is advisable to assemble the product with another person because of the weight of some elements.
STEP 1.
Remove plastic covers (A) by
unscrewing bolts (17) and washers
(18)(16) from the front and rear
base.
Fix the rear (3) and front base (2)
to the main frame (1) using flat
washers (16), Allen bolts (17),
and spring washers (18).
STEP 2.
Separate the handlebar column
cover (51a/b), unscrew the
handlebar angle adjustment knob
(29) and run the heart rate sensor
cable (62) through the opening in
the computer bracket in the upper
part of the front column (25).
Fix the handlebar (5) onto the front
column (4).
STEP 3.
Connect the computer cable from
the upper part of the handlebar
column and the heart rate sensor
cable (62) to the cables from the
computer (47).
Install the computer (47) on
the computer bracket in the upper
part of the front column (4) with
bolts M4x10 (52).
Fix the front column cover (51a/b)
with the slotted-head bolt (64)
and tighten the resistance knob
(57) with bolts ST4.2x18 (35)
and bolts ST3x15 (53).
