Install the Tiller Basket
6.
Place the basket onto the tiller bracket and push down to lock it in place. See figure 22.
Install the Seat
7.
Hold the seat at an angle so you can see the seat swivel post underneath.
8.
Place the seat swivel post into the seat post as shown in figure 23.
9.
Pull up on the seat release lever to lock the seat in place.
