5.4 Use in applications
The criteria listed below justify the suitability of
the product for use in collaborative
applications:
• The product has been designed in
accordance with the specifications of ISO/
TS 15066.
• As stipulated by ISO/TS 15066, the
maximum permissible gripping force of the
product is <140 N. Compliance with this
value has been checked using a suitable
measuring device. The product did not
exceed a gripping force of 60 N.
• The maximum torque of the motor, in
combination with the transmission design
and pre-assembled gripper jaws, ensures
that this force value is not exceeded.
•
The gripping forces generated when
gripping soft objects are significantly
reduced, since the amount of dynamic force
is lowered.
