Entering the Menu
The ergometer features a so-called Service Menu for testing and calibration
purposes.
As a rule, this menu is intended for trained service engineers only.
To enter this Service Menu, follow the steps outlined below:
Once switched on, the ergometer performs a display test that takes about 3
seconds.
Press the "START/STOP" button during this time to open the Service Menu.
The following screen is displayed:

During the calibration test, this is the effective pressure in the system
(only with blood pressure option).
During the calibration test, this is the “reference load“ on which the
test is based.
During the calibration test, this is the “speed“ for which the mean load
is calculated.
During the calibration test, this is the effective “actual load“.
Selecting the Language

This indicates the selected language.
The language can be
changed by pressing the “+“ or “-“ button:
0 = German
1 = English
2 = reserved for third language
3 = reserved for fourth language
4 = reserved for fifth language
In order to have the ergometer controlled by a connected ECG recorder or PC
ECG it, is necessary to select a suitable protocol and the corresponding baud rate
for communication.
