The machine specified below has been purchased by me. At the delivery of the machine, I was also forwarded the operating
instructions. I undertake to completely and thoroughly read these before operating the machine, to handle and to perform the
initial commissioning as depicted in the operating instructions, and, in the vent of a resale, to forward the operating instruc-
tions to the buyer. I am aware of the fact that any warranty claims towards the Ziegler GmbH can only be made in so far as
and when the form at hand has been completed, signed, and submitted to the Ziegler GmbH. I am also aware of the fact,
regardless of the dispatch of the statement at hand to the Ziegler GmbH, that the warranty period commences at the date of
the handover of the machine.
