DUNE
The
DUNE
has been designed to sandblast items used in the odontotechnics field. The
DUNE
unit is available as the
DUNE Mod.2
(two nozzles) and the
DUNE Mod.3
(three nozzles). The
constant-pressure tungsten carbide nozzles are available in various sizes so that the
technician/operator can set up a sandblaster that meets his requirements perfectly.
The following items are supplied as standard:
• n.2 nozzles ø 0.8 mm fitted on handpieces for
DUNE Mod. 2
• n.3 nozzles ø 0.8 mm fitted on handpieces for
DUNE Mod. 3

The tank cylinders feature an efficient constant vibration system, specially designed to keep the
sand on the move at all times; this prevents the formation of lumps which might obstruct the
nozzles. Furthermore, a new air pumping system inside the cylinders themselves ensures that
all the sand exits the cylinders, thus eliminating the problem of continuous top-ups and breaking
up any lumps of sand that have been caused by damp.
Because there is a not just one cylinder but a set of them the equipment features a switch for
fast sandblasting change-overs: This makes work easier when different types of sand need to
be used.
DUNE Mod. 2
is built so that an optional third cylinder unit with pressure reducer, gauge and
handpiece body can be added if desired.
