5. Safety notes
It is absolutely necessary to observe the following notes:
- Children, handicapped persons, persons under influence of alcohol or drugs must mot operate this
device.
- The device never must be operated without knife cover
- Before assembly or disassembly of the circular knife or prior to any maintenance operation, the device
plug shall be disconnected from the power supply
- A daily cleaning of the manual device is necessary otherwise there will be a risk of infection.
- The used circular knives are very sharp, possibly wear protective gloves
- The device must not be cleaned under running water.
- Circular knives which are improperly fastened or wrong circular knives may cause damage to the
operator or to the device
- Do never touch the circular knife with connected device plug.
- In order to avoid involuntary accidents between the work intervals, the circular knife should be set
always in a way that it disappears below the knife cover
- Take care during the cutting process that the device cable is not cut by the circular knife.
