2. Legal Dispositions
2.1 Proper Use

The Zeybek T-120 knife only shall be used for surface cutting of grilled layered meat, mixed minced meat and
layered meat or minced meat only in fast food restaurants or similar operations of the food industry. The cutting
movement only shall take place vertically in downward direction.
2.2 Maintenance Instructions
.
In order to guarantee a perfect and long-time use of the device, the knife, after 6 months of single shift operation,
shall be forwarded to the competent service company/seller or to us for inspection in order to replace possible
wear parts or for required repairs. Maintenance work only shall be performed by authorized companies.
2.3 Guarantee
.
We will guarantee the device for a time of 12 months (at single shift operation) after date of purchase for possible
material and manufacturing faults. Wear parts are excluded from the guarantee.
We exclude any guarantee at
- non-observance of these operating instructions
- at improper use of the device
- if no maintenance work is carried out
- if the device is used disproportionately in continuous operation, e.g. at use in meat production
facilities.
Faults being covered by the guarantee claims will be eliminated within the scope of these guarantee terms.
Beyond them no guarantee will be granted.
We exclude all indirect guarantee claims resulting from the use of the device. We no assume by no means any
liability for any collateral and consecutive damage resulting in connection with the use or application of this
device.
The guarantee claim occurring within the guarantee period must be forwarded to us in writing. Prior to any repair,
our consent should be requested.
The exclusive determination of the cause of any fault and the final decision on it will be exclusively our
responsibility.
