STEP 2. 

Select the Mode as 6 Pin or 8 Pin. And the I/O Ctrl and Target Power are disabled in the 6 Pin 

Mode. (Take the 6 Pin Mode for an example)

  Set the Direction to In or Out. When All Out or All In is pressed, all available Pins can be set
