Brush around the microphone cover
to keep the wax from blocking the
openings through which sound
enters the hearing aid.
Use the cleaning cloth provided to
wipe the charging contacts before
charging. Earwax and oils from the
skin will cover the contacts and
interfere with proper charging.
Sometimes the oil cannot be seen on
the contacts, but it is there. Please
be sure to wipe these contacts to
maintain proper charging.
