Final Step
All hearing program modifications made in the Zepp Clarity app
need to be synchronized to the hearing aids to take effect. To
ensure your devices receive your personalized changes, the
following steps are necessary:
Properly place the hearing aids in the charging case
Choose the "Apply" button in your app and wait for the success tips
If you receive a failure message when attempting to apply your
settings, there could be a couple of causes:
The hearing aid is not placed in the charging case
The Left or Right hearing aid may not be properly seated
There is an issue with the data connection being used
