Warranty and service
Right to Return: Zepp grants you a 45-day right to return. You can
return your hearing aids within the 45-day period.
Warranty Period: The Zepp Clarity ONE provides you with a 1-year
limited warranty valid starting from the date of delivery.
What your warranty policy covers: This limited warranty covers
material and workmanship defects for the Zepp Clarity ONE,
including the hearing aids, internal components, and charging
case within the limited warranty period. This warranty is guaran-
teed by Zepp. In terms of limited repairs, Zepp promises to ensure
that the functionality is at least equivalent to that of the original
hearing aid. At the discretion of Zepp, the hearing aids may be
replaced with new products or products made from new or
repairable used parts, or repaired with new or refurbished
replacement parts.
