HOW TO USE
1. Press the release button to raise the stand mixer top cover.
2. Place the bowl on the base in the housing compartment and tighten it in the direction of the
arrow
3. Insert the desired accessory into the connection joint under the head of the stand mixer.
4. Press the release button again to lower the stand mixer head.
5. After use, move the stand mixer head again and remove the inserted accessories.
6. To detach the splash guard, just use a small downward pressure, taking care not to damage the
splash guard. Insert it again, making sure that the plastic tooth (on the body of the kneader)
matches hole on the splash-guard cover.
7. Warning: Do not use the product for more than 5min consecutively. After each work cycle
leave the product to rest for at least 15min.
APPLICATION
To mix or knead dough:
1. Mix flour and water with a ratio of 5 to 3
2. Fit the dough hook 7-3
3. The maximum amount of flour is 1.5kg
4. When filling the bowl, please do not exceed the maximum pre-established quantity.
5. Mix at speed 1 for about 30 seconds, then select speed 2 for 4 minutes
Whip egg white or cream:
1. Select speeds from 4 to 6, whisk the egg whites without stopping for about 4 minutes, depending on the size of the
eggs.
2. Do not mix more than 24 eggs.
3. For the cream, whip 250ml of fresh cream at a rate of 4 to 6 for about 4 minutes.
4. When filling the bowl with fresh milk, cream or other ingredients, please never exceed the maximum pre-set amount.

Prepare smoothies, cocktails or other mixing liquids:
1. Mix the ingredients according to the recipe, selecting the speed from 1 to 6 for about 4 minutes.
2. When pouring liquids into the bowl, please never exceed the maximum pre-set amount (about 75% of the bowl
capacity)
