Red cables indicate long hauls where local power will be necessary to maintain a stable connection
to the intercoms. FCDC2 is used to connect to local power for intercoms at remote locations. For
single stations a PoE injector will be ideal. For groups of intercom stations, it may be better to use a
PoE switch.
