Operating the Hob
START OF COOKING

Switch on the hob by pressing the
button. There will
be a single beep. All indicators will show „ ” or „
”. The hob
is now in standby mode.

Place your cooking vessel on one of the cooking zones.
Make sure that the base of the vessel and the surface of the
heating zone are clean and dry.

Switch on the heating zone with the vessel on it by
pressing the symbol of the zone on the panel (e.g.
).

Using the

buttons select the appropriate power
level (1-9). The buttons
,
should be pressed when
the power level

ashes next to the selected heating zone.
If the symbol „

” starts

ashing interchangeably with the
heating power on the power indicator, it means that:
The vessel was placed on the wrong heating zone.

The vessel is not suitable for induction cooking.

The vessel is too small or is not placed centrally on the

heating zone.
The appliance will automatically go to standby mode if no

cooking zone is used for 1 minute after switch-on.
The power level can be changed at any time during

cooking.
After taking a vessel off the heating zone, the heating

zone will stop heating and the symbol „ ”.will

ash on
the power level indicator for 1 minute. After this time, the
heating zone will turn off (symbol „ ”). If the vessel is put
back on the heating zone when the symbol „ ”

ashes,
it will automatically resume heating at the previously set
power level.

HEAT INDICATOR
When using the hob for a longer period of time, the cooking
zone remains hot for a while after switch off. Symbol „ ”
displayed on the power indicator for a given cooking zone
warns against touching the hot surface of the hob. The
symbol will disappear once the cooking zone has cooled
to a safe temperature. This feature also helps you to save
energy, as the cooking zone which is still hot may be used
for further cooking.
UNSUITABLE OBJECT DETECTION
When an object of unsuitable size is left on the hob (scissors,
knife, fork, keys, etc.) or a non-magnetic vessel is put on the
hob, the hob will automatically switch to the stand-by mode.
OVERHEAT PROTECTION
The hob is equipped with a built-in sensor for measuring
temperature levels inside the device. When acceptable
temperature value is exceeded, the appliance turns off
automatically.
AUTOMATIC SWITCH OFF
When a heating zone is switched on but no operations are
performed with it by the user, it will switch off automatically
after the lapse of a default time depending on the power level
(see table below):

After taking a pan off the heating zone, heating will turn
off immediately and the hob will turn off automatically after
2 minutes.
BOOSTER function
The BOOSTER function allows you to increase the power of
a given heating zone.
The BOOSTER function works for max. 5 minutes. After
this time the heating zone returns to the previously set
power level, unless power was set to 0 before activating
the BOOSTER function, in which case after turning on the
BOOSTER function the heating zone will be set to power
level 9.
TURNING ON THE BOOSTER FUNCTION

Choose the heating zone for which you want to turn on
the BOOSTER function. For this purpose press the symbol
of the heating zone on the panel (e.g.
).

Press the
button.

The symbol „ ”, will be shown on the display of the
power level indicator of the selected heating zone. The
heating zone will heat at maximum power.
