General information 

Fluar  Illuminator Z mot. and the Axio Zoom.V16 microscope have been designed, manufactured and 
tested in compliance with DIN EN 61010-1 (IEC 61010-1) and IEC 61010-2-101 Safety requirements for 

electrical equipment for measurement, control and laboratory use. 
The Fluar Illuminator Z mot. and Axio Zoom.V16 zoom microscope meet the requirements of EC Directive 
IvDD 98/79/EC (In vitro diagnostic medical devices); they are marked with the 

 mark. 

The operating manual contains all information and warnings the operator must comply with.
