OPERATION 

4.1

 

Control elements on the Fluar 

Illuminator Z mot. 

Shutter button 

(Fig. 8/

Opens and closes the internal shutter  

 

Integral LED lights up when shutter is open 

 

Buttons 1 to 4 

(Fig. 8/

):

 

 

Swivel the corresponding reflector turret 

position into the beam path 

 

Integral LED lights up when this position is 

swiveled into the beam path 

 

If the cover is removed from the 

reflector turret while the device is 

switched on, the five buttons on the 
control panel will flash. The turret can 

only be rotated manually. The shutter 
is closed.

Intensity control dial

Controls light intensity in stages 0; 12.5; 25; 50 

and 100 %

): internal shutter switched by remote control, e.g. via foot 

switch connected to the HXP 200 C or a CAN-HD15 cable to the EMS 3 controller. 

 

Hour counter display with reset button 

(Fig. 9/

Display shows current number of operating hours of the installed HXP 200 lamp. 

 

The HXP 200 lamp must be replaced after 2000 operating hours and the hour counter reset to zero 
(see manufacturer's instructions) 

 

The 

Reset

 button resets the hour counter to zero
