whether there are
textiles (e.g. towels)
blocking the outlet
area

Please check whether there
are textiles (e.g. towels)
blocking the suction area

Please check
whether there are
textiles (e.g. towels)
covering the heated
glass door

Remove the textiles that are
blocking airways or the
heated glass door (see
Steps 2 to 4) and hang up
the textiles tidily

Wait 5 – 10 minutes with the door open
to allow the unit to continue cooling
down.

Press for 5 seconds until the indicator light
stops flashing and a beep sounds.
After this, the Zenia heater will continue running.
If the fault message appears again, the unit is still too hot.
Let it cool down and try again later.
