10. Dependencies
The build system depends on the availability of a few packages. All packages should be installed by default
on most Linux distributions. If the build aborts with an error, then most likely your installation is lacking one
or more of these packages.
mtd-utils:
JFFS2 and UBI utilities.
For Ubuntu 10.x, use the following command to install the needed packages:
sudo apt-get install mtd-utils liblzo2-dev uuid-dev zlib-dev
For Fedora Core, use the following command to install the needed packages:
sudo yum install mtd-utils mtd-utils-ubi lzo-devel pcre-devel libuuid-devel zlib-devel
