Go to the Encoder Z3-DM368-VI-RPS.  Change the settings to match those in the figure below.  
Here a multicast address is used.  You can also stream unicast to the Decoder by specifying the 
IP address of the decoding Z3-DM368-VI-RPS.  Using multicast allows you to also open VLC and
