RS485 and RS232 Serial Port Header

 

 

The J4 header contains a RS485 port and a RS232 port.

 

The RS485 port is mapped to the UART at QUP13 of the Qualcom processor, with QUP13_RFR serving as the 
direction control. The RS232 is mapped to the UART at QUP15.

 

Additionally, J4 provides a 3.3V power source with up to 100mA available.

 

 

The pin assignments of J4 are composite shown in the table below.
