LVDS (or compatible) LVDS camera connected on LVDS KEL (J7)
Option 2: Sony FCB-EW9500H (or compatible) HDMI camera connected on HDMI KEL (J5) + Composite (J9)
The Interface Front End PCB of the FV4K-1XA assembly (see Figure 5) has 2 30-pin KEL connectors that allow
a flexible ribbon cable to be used to connect the encoder assembly to block camera. For configuration
Option #1, the first KEL connector, labeled “J5”, is used for Camera1 which is
HDMI CAMERA ONLY
and the
second KEL connector, labeled “J7”, is used for Camera2 which is
LVDS CAMERA ONLY
. For configuration
Option #2, connect the primary Sony FCB-EW9500H HDMI camera to “J5” and the Composite secondary
camera is connected to the FV4K-1XA assembly via the Molex 1.25mm Connector labeled “J9” (see Figure 5).
The KEL cable (ordering part number: CBL-0028-01) and the Molex to BNC cable are sold separately.
