When you do this, a window pops up reminding the user that, for changes to IP Address / Local
Netmask / Default Gateway to take effect, a reboot is required. Click “Ok”:

Now that you’ve set DHCP, saved it to the configuration “z3_test”, and specified that “z3_test”
will be used when the system restarts you can go ahead and reboot the Z3-DM8107-SDI2-RPS.

A new IP address is assigned to the unit through DHCP. You have two ways of finding out that IP
address. The first is to check the serial UI for the new value, shown below:

The second is to use the “ZFinder” utility on a Windows PC. To use ZFinder, make sure the
Windows PC with ZFinder on it is connected to the same network which the Z3-DM8107-SDI2-RPS is
connected to.
