4.3.4 Replacing Control Assembly

-. Loosen the ring- clip to separate front body and
control cover. Remove the LED module wires from
the control assembled part to replace faulty LED
module.
Assembling procedures shall be backward.
1. Front Body 2. Rubber Packing 3. LED Module Wires
4. Control Part Cover 5. Wire Connector
6. Control Assembly 7. Screws (M3*10)

-. Loosen screws by using a cross-type screw
driver to separate the Control Assembly from
the cover.
Assembling procedures shall be backward.
1. Front Body 2. Rubber Packing 3. Control Part
Cover 4. Control Assembly 5. Screws (M3*10)
(Caution)
1.
O-ring and Packing shall not be reused. Should these have to be used, confirm if
any damage is present.
2.
Wear soft gloves and do not touch the surface of lamp by naked hand when
replacing lamp or globe.
3.
Applying anti-seize compound to stainless steel screw is recommended
