Installation

1.   Install (No. 10) 

OXYBA12X125SS,

 O2 bung 

adapter into (No. 1) 

26500-104,

 header.

2.   Install (No. 3) 

Z1024,

 square rubber grommet 

into header chassis mount bracket. 

3.   Install (No. 5) 

ALS-043,

 aluminum spacers (8mm 

hole) into frontside and (No. 11) 

ALS-066

 into 

backside of (No. 3) 

Z1024,

 rubber grommet as 

shown. Install (No. 1) header and secure using 
(No. 9) 

RACE-SPS-1,

 medium exhaust springs 

and align header chassis mount bracket to 
chassis mount. Secure using the stock chassis 
mount bolt. Do not torque at this time. 

4.   Install (No. 4) 

Z1022,

 round rubber grommet into 

muffler tailpipe bracket and install (No. 3) 

Z1024,

 

square grommets into muffler mount brackets as 
shown. 

5.   Install (No. 6) 

ALS-046

, front aluminum spacers 

and (No. 7) 

ALS-065,

 back aluminum spacers 

into 

Z1024,

 rubber grommets as shown.

Removal

NOTE: The OEM turn signals must be relocated 
as the exhaust gases from the muffler is in-line 
with the stock turn signal location. 

1.   Remove the stock exhaust spring between the 
      muffler and tailpipe.

2.   While securely supporting the stock muffler, 
      remove the two muffler mount bolts and carefully 
      remove the stock muffler. 

3.   Remove spring between header and tailpipe. 

Remove tailpipe chassis mount bolt and remove 
stock tailpipe. 

4.   Remove the O2 sensor from the stock header 

and remove header springs. Carefully remove 
the stock header.

For Husqvarna Only
Remove side panel as heatfoil needs to be applied 
on the backside of panel. 
Remove wedge-shaped subframe heat protector as 
it will require trimming. 

CAUTION:  Exhaust system can be extremely hot.  
 

        Let motorcycle cool down before 

 

        beginning installation. Always wear 

 

        hand and eye protection and take 

  

        precautionary measures to avoid  

 

 

 

        injury.

WARNING: Always properly support vehicle with 
 

        a stand and/or lift when servicing or 

 

        performing any work. Unstable 

 

        vehicles may present dangerous 

 

        conditions and may cause property 

 

        damage and/or personal injury. 

NOTE:         Read through all instructions before 
 

        beginning installation.
