This York Product has 2 years Full Commercial parts and labour guarantee. Below you will find all guarantee details and
guarantee exclusions.
1. Guarantee is only valid for the original purchaser.
2. Normal wear is not within guarantee
3. Brake Pads (part 53097-030) is consumable so not within the guarantee.
You may have to replace brake pads as often as 3-6 months depending how much you use them.
We recommend you hold a small stock of basic spare parts, as well as a tool kit and anti-rust oil (WD-40 or similar) to
cover the regular maintenance routines.
4. Maintenance chart will help you to maintain your equipment. (see page 07)
5. You need to oil the equipment daily and wipe off the sweat. Failing to do this will result of product rusting. Rust on the
product is not within the guarantee.
6. You need to check alignment/parallel screw the pedals into crank of pedals and tighten pedals weekly.
Failing to do this will result in damage to the crank threading. Damage on the pedal/crank thread is not within the
guarantee.
7. Improper assembly or maintenance or the installation of part or accessories not compatible with the original intended
use of the training cycle, as sold, are not covered by the guarantee.
Time
Guarantee Period is 2 years parts and labour. Guarantee starts from the date shown on the proof of purchase/sales receipt.
Location
York Barbell (UK) Ltd guarantees this product for 2 years for commercial use in England and Wales only.
This will be as set out above.
Outside of England and Wales including Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern
Ireland, Ireland, and other Euro Areas. York Commercial Reseller or your local York Store will be providing all after sales
service.
