Levelling your cycle
To help you level the cycle on uneven surfaces, 2 height adjusters are
included on the front stabilisers. Simply twist these around to adjust
the height of the cycle.
Transporting your cycle
Your cycle has 2 transport wheels to help you move it around. To
engage the wheels, tilt the cycle towards you with the handle
bars and then using the handlebars push the cycle to your desired
location.

Adjusting the seat reach
1. loosen the hand wheel
2. slide the seat backwards or forwards to your desired position
3. re-tighten the hand wheel
Adjusting the seat height
1. to raise the seat height simply pull up on the seat
2. to lower the seat height simply pull the plunger, lower the seat to
the desired height, then let go of the plunger to lock it back into
position
3. The basic rule for getting the seat height right is that as the pedal
reaches its lowest point, the leg is almost straight
do not pull the seat out too far – the maximum is
indicated with a piece of tape on the seat post
