Key Function:
KEYS
FUNCTIONS
UP
• Increase setting selection.
• Press and hold the button the increase the value faster.
DOWN
• Decrease setting selection.
• Press and hold the button the decrease the value faster.
MODE
• Press the MODE button to select a function for setup, the monitor will
beep between selection.
• In SCAN mode, pressing the MODE button will lock the monitor to
display the current function.
• Press and hold the MODE button for 3 seconds to reset all values.
RESET
• During setup, press RESET button once to reset current setting value.
• Press and hold the RESET button for 3 seconds (the monitor will beep)
to reset all function values.
Display Function:
DISPLAY
DESCRIPTION
SCAN
• The sequence of display: TMR > SPD > DST > CAL
• In SCAN mode, press MODE key to display the next functions.
• Automatically scan through each mode in sequence every 6 seconds.
TIME
(TMR)
• If the user do not setup a preset value, TM will count up during workout.
• TM will count down from your target value. An alarm will sound when it
reaches 0.
• Range 0:00 ~ 99:00
SPEED
(SPD)
• SPEED will display “0.0” if there are no signal transmitted to the monitor
for 4 seconds.
• Range 0 ~ 999.9
DISTANCE
(DST)
• If the user do not setup a preset value, DST will count up during workout.
• DST will count down from your target value. An alarm will sound when it
reaches 0.
• Range 0 ~ 999.9
CALORIE
(CAL)
• If the user do not setup a preset value, CAL will count up during workout.
• CAL will count down from your target value. An alarm will sound when it
reaches 0.
• Range 0 ~ 999.9
