Body Fat Mode
Designed to calculate users’ body fat ratio.
1. Turn on the switch and use the
PROGRAM button to select Body Fat Program.
2. Use the
SPEED + and SPEED - to select your gender from the calories window:
MA (Male)
>
FE (Female). The default value is MA (Male).
3. Press
MODE and use the SPEED + and SPEED - to select your age from the calorie window.
The default value is 25.
4. Press
MODE and use the SPEED + and SPEED - to select your height from the calorie
window. The default value is 170cm.
5. Press
MODE and use the SPEED + and SPEED - to select your weight from the calorie
window. The default value is 70 kgs.
6. Press
MODE and the distance window will display 00 and calorie window will display 05. Put
your hands on the handle bar, 8 seconds later your body fat rate will display on the LCD window.
HRC
The computer will adjust the exercise level according to your age and heart rate.
1. Turn on the switch and use the
PROGRAM button to select HRC.
2. Use the
SPEED + and SPEED - to select your age.
3. Press
MODE and use the SPEED + and SPEED - to select a target heart rate level (60-160).
4. Press
MODE and use the SPEED + and SPEED - to select a target time value.
5. Press
START to begin your workout.
Monitoring your heart rate
This treadmill is fitted with 2 hand pulse sensors. To obtain a pulse
reading you must have both your left and right hands on the sensors
at the same time. Do not grip the hand sensors to tight and allow the
computer a few seconds to display the reading.
The treadmill also comes supplied with a chest strap that will
measure your heart rate directly and send it to a receiver in
the treadmill. If you are using the strap you do not need to
hold the hand pulse sensors. We recommend using the chest
strap wherever possibly, especially when using the heart rate
controlled programs.
Sleep Mode:
The console will go to sleep status after 4 - 5 minutes of inactivity. Click on any key to wake up
the console.
