Remember that this transformer is counter-clockwise wound.
The two dots
represent the winding on the right hand side and this is independent of which way round
we look at the toroid!
Yes it is true!
The right hand side will always have a pair of windings coming up from
inside & underneath and then these will
lay over
the the facing side of the toroid.
Conversely, the left hand side of the windings will always have a pair of windings
arching over from outside through the middle of the toroid and these then
rest under
the lower side of the toroid.
Above, you will see the correspondence of the schematic circuit diagram to the
physical windings on a toroid.
Again we must remember that our FT37-43 is much
smaller AND that it is wound using copper enamelled wire.
