Caution during operation
●
Never use the wheel cover where the grindstone broke
and its fragments flew all over.
●
Never touch the grinding attachment such as grindstone in rotation.
●
Do not touch the grindstone until coming to complete stop,
since it continues to rotate for a while even after the
throttle is off.
●
Be sure to put a pair of ear plugs when the noise level
exceeds 85dB(A) at the stand position of the operator. It is
also recommendable to put ear plugs even for the level
less than 85dB(A).
●
Avoid the handling by which the impact is given and over-
loading operation by pressing the tool too hard.
●
Protect your hands and other part of body like feet from
grinding sparks during the operation.
●
Operator's protection measure including the installation of
dust suction equipment etc., is recommended, when too
much dust is generated by grinding work, depending on
the materials to grind.
●
The work piece during and after grinding operation, gets
hot owing to the friction. Be careful not to be burned.

Caution for installation and replacement of grinding
attachment
●
The installation and exchange of fhe grinding attachments
for the air grinder must be done by the qualified person.
After that, inspection and test should also be done by the
qualified person.
●
Stop the supply of air and remove the air hose from the
grinder without fail and use the tools attached as standard
accessories before mounting or exchanging the grinding
attachment.
●
Make sure that the grinding attachment is properly and
securely mounted. Then, confirm before use that there is
no center deflection.
