To install grindstone, the proper fixtures such as flanges,

bolts and nuts etc., which are originally equipped with the

grinder must be used. Modification on the fixtures or the

usage of collar-bushing etc., is prohibited to install grind-

stones which do not fit in size.

Always check the threaded part of the wheel shaft and

fixtures with damage, wear-out etc., as well as missing

parts. Forbid to use the grinder if abnormality is recog-

nized.

Avoid free running at high speed and the repetition of

rapid start and stop by all means.

Always open the start switch gradually for the start.

Never use the grindstone which was wet or soaked in

water or other liquids.

Make sure to check the rotation number before use, and

forbid to use it, if any abnormality is recognized. The

checking must be done when the grinding end attachmen-

rt is off the grinder.

Be sure to install the wheel cover in the proper position

and never use the grinder with the wheel cover disman-

tled.

Never use the wheel cover where damage, abnormal

wear-out, and other abnormalities are admitted.

Never use the cutting wheel for the surface grinding.

The protection glasses, gloves (however, knitting gloves

such as cotton work gloves are excluded), a dustproof

mask and earplugs should be used during the work.

Regarding to the noise level, national and /or local rule is

to be complied. It is necessary to use the tool under the

specified noise level in order not to cause the surround-

ings any trouble.  Install the adequate interception wall

and other sound-proof equipments, if necessary.
