●ドレンの除去

午前午後の作業開始前にドレンタンク内のドレンの除去
を行ってください。使用前にはエアホースの空吹かしを
行ってエアホース内のドレンを吹き出してから、エア
ホースを接続してください。

●適正な空気圧力で使用してください。

指定空気圧力以上での使用は製品の破損・事故の原因と
なりますので、圧力計、減圧弁等を設置して、必ず適正
な空気圧力(無負荷時の配管動圧)で使用してください。
空気圧力の設定方法は、ツールから先端工具が取り外さ
れている状態で、ツールを無負荷で作動させ、配管上の
レギレータで設定してください。
※指定空気圧力はP18参照

●清浄で乾燥した圧縮空気を供給してください。

塵埃、ドレン等は故障および事故の原因となりますの
で、清浄で乾燥した圧縮空気を供給するようにしてくだ
さい。エアドライヤ、エアフィルタ等の設置をおすすめ
します。

●適正なエアホースを使用してください。

エアホースは耐油性で外面が耐摩耗性を有し、規定内径
で作業空気圧力に適合したものを使用してください。
また、老朽化したものや極端に長いもの(推奨長さ:5m
以内)は使用しないでください。

●適切な周辺機器・アクセサリをご使用ください。

先端工具・ソケット・ビット・ドリル・砥石・チゼル・
ニードル等、動力工具に適合したものをご使用ください。
また安全で正しい使用方法に関して不明点や疑問のある
場合は、本機を使用する前にメーカーまたは販売店に必
ずご相談ください。
